Sight-Singing and Ear Training Without the Terror
NoteNerd: Voice was purpose-built for current and aspiring music majors who are trying to survive their sight-singing and ear training classes. With NoteNerd: Voice in your pocket, you can get real-time feedback for your sight-singing (both pitch and timing), reading and tapping rhythms, identifying/singing intervals, identifying chords, and practicing dictation all from the comfort of wherever you happen to be.
Adam McKee grew up in a musical home, and was given the gift of loving music since he was little. When he was a teenager, he found a love for computer programming, and in recent years, Adam has married the two passions together. With the help of Dr. Sally Thomas (head of the voice department at Campbell University), Adam spent many nights and weekends building the technology that would eventually become NoteNerd: Voice. Adam believes that music is an expression of God's creativity, and is therefore a noble and worthy endeavor for us to understand and express well. That's why Adam made NoteNerd: Voice - to help make more musicians, because music has eternal worth.
